Heart and Soul Cake and Coffee Club

We at Heart and Soul are looking for volunteers, to join our team of specialist NHS Chaplains and Peer Workers.

Heart and Soul is a CPFT community of volunteers, peer workers and chaplains, and our aim is to involve you in one of the different ways that we support people. Our diverse range of activities include social groups – over a coffee, say – or friendship groups on Zoom, befriending and visiting individuals in the community and in hospital, or telephoning someone who may be isolated and lonely, to show we care. We would be interested to match what you bring with what we do, and we look forward to meeting you.
